Mornington Basketball have developed an online training program for our members to complete from home. This level of training is aimed at Representative Players, but we encourage all our members who are looking for a way to continue to develop their skills at home to try out this program.
We have set up this program to run over the next 5 weeks, we will then release new drills every 5 weeks.
The Online Training Program has an easy to follow video to help coach and guide your through these drills with the correct technique. There is a video of the full session but also videos of each individual section.
To help track your development at home we have also produced an easy to use sheet to track your score/result from each drill each week. This sheet has been split up into each individual section.
The best part about the Online Training Program is that you can chose when you complete each drill/section. As at home training is often whether dependent, we have made sure that you have plenty of options for any condition. If the weather is good then shooting and finishing drills you can complete but if you canβt be outside training safely you can work on your ball handling, defensive slides/agility as well as your strength and movement for those days you canβt be outside.
